Jennifer Shy has over 25 years of civil litigation experience, and represents employers and individuals in all aspects of employment law and related litigation, including disability rights/ADA, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and employment contract actions. She also has extensive experience in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including insurance coverage analysis and insurance bad faith defense through trial, business disputes, and defending claims of professional negligence. Ms. Shy has also successfully defended national companies in ERISA benefits claims denial actions, securing favorable outcomes on summary judgment.
