Jocelyn Chan is an experienced employment litigator whose practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and disability suits, as well as wage and hour class actions. She has represented clients from numerous industries,and her thorough and methodical assessment of the facts ensures that the case strategies are aligned with her clients’ business and legal goals. Furthermore, because of her careful assessment of cases, Ms. Chan has had success at all stages of litigation, including dismissals at the pleadings stage as well as on summary judgment.
Ms. Chan also provides day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment issues, including employment policies and procedures, wage and hour compliance, manager and employee training, leaves of absence,and terminations. In addition, Ms. Chan represents employers before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement.
