Noah Levin represents employers and individuals in all aspects of employment law and related litigation, including discrimination, trade secret, breach of contract, whistleblower, wage and hour, and class/collective actions. Mr. Levin has significant experience representing clients in the tech industry and has successfully defended several of the world’s largest software, hardware, and high-tech manufacturing companies in state and federal court and in arbitration. Mr. Levin also has substantial experience representing employers in post-trial and appellate matters, where he has obtained several significant victories for his clients, including the reversal of adverse jury verdicts and affirmance of summary judgment and new trial orders.
